• Patients at the Shiley Eye Center will now be receiving telephone reminder messages 2 days prior to their appointments.

• The new appointment reminder card that is sent in the mail for appointments booked 2 weeks or more in advance is your parking permit. The permit should be placed on your dashboard with the appointment information facing up and private information facing down. The permit is valid only for the date stated on the card.

• The parking lot adjacent to the Shiley Eye Center is closed off for cars due to construction till the end of 2007.
If you are having surgery, you will be directed by staff to go through the Shiley Eye Center building to get to the elevator.

• If you are a patient at the Hamilton Glaucoma or Jacobs Retina Center, please use the Reserved for Hamilton or Jacobs spots (signs are posted) in the parking lot to the east of the building and enter at the main entrance on the Cancer Center side.
