Shiley Eye Center Surgery Suite Expansion
Due to rapid growth and demand, the Shiley
Eye Center has expanded its surgery suite on
the third floor.
The expansion includes:
- the addition of a third operation room
- doubling of the pre-op and recovery space
- expanded patient and family waiting area
- a larger patient reception area

The additional operating space is furnished with new surgical
equipment, including an additional sterilizer.
All new furnishings are provided in the patient and family waiting
area. Instead of four beds and two recliners,
the pre-op and recovery suite now has seven beds and four recliners.
This state-of-the-art expansion
allows for more patients to receive high quality care. |
